Don't leave your resume to chance with Human Resource Clerks and secretaries unfamiliar to your position—Fat chance if you think your resume will make it pass their eyes.

Databases

Companies use databases to scan resumes and let database search for keywords. This may hinder your selection process as resumes that don’t get picked up by scanners will inevitably leave some applicants never receiving a phone call.

Selling Proposition
